Software Design & Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Lead architectural discussions and propose strategic technical solutions.
Review code written by peers to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

· Identify and fix bugs.

· Participate actively in code reviews and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Technical Leadership

Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers.
Drive development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
Participate in technical roadmap planning and system architecture design.
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality product features.

Collaboration & Delivery

· Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure robust application performance through systematic testing processes.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute to DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations (where applicable).
Break down complex requirements into clear technical tasks.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
