Data Analyst

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and insights across multiple functions, including:

• Delivering regional performance reporting to support operational and strategic decisions
• Designing, building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into data solutions
• Supporting and training end users to maximise the value of reports and data outputs
• Identifying and validating data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Analysing data to provide clear, actionable insights

• Experience with SQL and data manipulation (ETL)
• Strong Power BI skills, with the ability to present data clearly and tell a story
• Experience with Alteryx or similar tools (e.g. SSRS, Power Query, Python)
• Good data judgement - able to validate outputs, spot anomalies and ensure data quality
• Ability to tailor insights and reporting to different audiences
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

• Experience with Python, R or similar
• Understanding of data modelling best practices
• Awareness of GDPR and data security
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
