Job description

  • Primary point of contact for all Project Managers (PMs)/Branch Heads/ Project Coordinators and visits related to NIMSC-CSSC projects
  • Coordinate project-related visits with the respective section/BAO, prior to the approval
  • Receiving and processing of visits requests from PMs/Project coordinators/customers/other OEs/ contractors
  • Preparing Base Access and Internal CSSC Requests for all type of visits
  • Collecting all the information from the Contracting Agencies about new incoming staff/contractors in conjunction with NIMSC HSMO office
  • Creating the AskCPO tickets for CPO to prepare the onboarding for new or visiting staff
  • Confirm with CPO when the person is added in APMS.
  • Creating AMIS badges applications for contractors/IWCs/NICs that will register to Brunssum location.
  • Escorting people from the main gate (prerequisite is to have a driving licence and a car).
  • Supporting NIMSC personnel with any administrative support, including booking rooms and meetings .
  • Supporting Onboarding and off boarding of staff/contractors
  • Coordinate with CSSC Security Office for all visits, prior to its approval.
  • Apply and maintain specific security controls as required by organisational policy and as instructed by the Security Office, CSSC.

Requirements

  • Very good computer skills and experience with MS Office Package (including SharePoint user).
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Good understanding of NATO environment, and the process of Access to NATO premises.
  • Upholds ethics and values, demonstrates integrity.
  • Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances.
  • Proactive and flexible, manages time effectively.
  • Focused on customer., * Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

The program Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS) The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO's principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V. To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.
