Job description
- Own and communicate the product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with Finance and IT priorities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and define sprint goals
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to clarify and structure requirements
- Ensure strong traceability between business needs, solution design, and delivered functionality
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
- Own validation and approval of features before production release
- Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams
- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment proactively
- Ensure business continuity, including incident management and handling urgent business requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive decision-making across business and IT
- Build trust and act as a key partner to senior leadership
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in complex, data-intensive environments
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven experience delivering financial or data platforms in international environments
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data-driven decision-making (profitability, cost/revenue analysis)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring clarity and structure
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to extract and challenge business knowledge where documentation is limited
- Comfortable working in high-expectation environments with strong ownership mindset
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Experience in trading, energy or financial services is a strong advantage
- Team player with strong ownership and accountability mindset
