Solution Designer

• proactively partner with business and product management to identify improvements and opportunities across the domain
• for new projects and changes, design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions based on clear business requirements
• manage stakeholders and communicate plans and milestones throughout delivery
• prepare solution documentation to initiate development and provide guidance to the IT team during development & implementation phase
• define test cases that enable the development team to verify new functionality effectively

• ability to quickly learn new tools and IT concepts
• strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint) and comfortable working with Jira
• strong prioritization and troubleshooting skills, with a high level of motivation
• very good communication skills in English (verbal and written), German will be an advantage
