University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field with a focus on AI or data. Initial practical experience of at least 2 years (e.g., through internships, working student positions, or thesis projects) in AI, data platforms, or software development. Basic understanding of cloud and platform architectures and an interest in scalable AI and data solutions. Curiosity and motivation to learn about data integration, orchestration, and quality, as well as data governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Basic understanding of IT security and data protection as well as handling sensitive data. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for innovation.
