Application Operations Specialist

Join Deutsche Bank's Technology Application Operations team, supporting business-critical applications in a regulated banking environment. The role focuses on ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day application operations while collaborating closely with technology and business teams., * Provide Level 2 application support to ensure availability, stability and performance of critical systems.

• Operate and support applications across Java-based environments, middleware, databases and open systems on Linux and Windows.
• Monitor applications using observability tools and proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring issues.
• Support change, release and incident management processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience in application operations, systems administration or production support in complex technical environments.
• Solid technical understanding of Java-based applications, middleware, databases and open systems (Linux and Windows).
• Exposure to cloud environments and container platforms; experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or New Relic; ServiceNow knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in English for written and spoken business communication, with Spanish for local collaboration.
