- Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Log, track, and resolve incidents in line with service expectations
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvements

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in an IT support or service desk environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Experienced with Microsoft 365 including MS Teams & Office applications
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience supporting LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi environments
- Desirable: Experience with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Exposure to firewall technologies
- Desirable: Microsoft 365 Certification
