(Senior) SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (all genders)

• You will work on innovative implementation and support projects related to SAP HCM PY (Payroll) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• You advise our clients on all technical and process-related aspects of payroll mapping and execution in SAP
• You will either familiarize yourself with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or further deepen your existing knowledge and support clients in transforming their payroll processes to the cloud
• There is no technological standstill or monotonous project work - instead, you will face continuously evolving topics and new challenges driven by changing client requirements
• In selected projects, you will have the opportunity to take on (partial) project leadership responsibilities
• An individual development plan as well as internal and external training opportunities will help you continuously expand your expertise in relevant technologies

• Solid professional experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll
• Very good knowledge of German payroll processes, including confident handling of schemas and rules in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
• Experience in consulting or supporting payroll processes and their digitalization
• A strong results- and customer-oriented mindset, combined with the motivation to help clients take their digitalization to the next level
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of collegiality
• Fluent German and good English skills
