(Junior) SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (all genders)

• You will enter the world of SAP HCM Payroll consulting with us - even without prior SAP experience
• We will provide you with comprehensive training and guide you step by step to become an SAP Payroll Consultant
• You will work on projects related to payroll, HR processes, system testing, and process optimizations
• You will apply your payroll or tax knowledge, analyze payroll cases, support with customizing tasks, and accompany our clients throughout their digital HR transformation

• A completed degree in business or computer science, or a completed vocational training in a similar field
• Experience in payroll and/or HR administration
• Interest in IT and HR software (no prior SAP knowledge required)
• An analytical and structured way of working, along with strong numerical skills
• Motivation to train and develop into an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
• Very good German skills and good English skills
