corporate data platform aligned with business goals and the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and modern best practices. @ Data Integration and Operations : #Build and maintain robust, secure data pipelines connecting core enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.), guaranteeing data integrity, consistency, and high performance. @ Data Quality and Governance :

Embed data quality frameworks within pipelines to ensure datasets are accurate, reliable, and ready for advanced analytics and AI applications.

@ Analytics and Data Modeling :

Deliver curated, analytics-ready datasets in Microsoft Fabric, contributing to semantic model design that enables consistent metrics and trusted business insights.

@ AI-Ready Data Enablement : #Prepare enterprise datasets and semantic models for Copilot and future AI agents, ensuring clear schemas, descriptive metadata, and optimized structures for AI-driven insights. @ Business Reporting and Visualization : #Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Fabric/Power BI to give business users real-time, actionable insights.

You'll lead the development of the corporate data infrastructure-built on Microsoft Fabric-to ensure data is reliable, compliant, and ready for insight generation in a fast-growing environment. Working Experience & Tech Skills @5-8 years of experience in data operations or similar roles. @Background in the Microsoft ecosystem and modern cloud data architectures, preferably Azure. @Proven experience managing and integrating data using Microsoft Azure data solutions, including building pipelines, managing dataflows. @Relevant experience integrating corporate systems @ Proven experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Grafana. Not mandatory but preferred: @ Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments. @ MS Azure certifications in the data domain. @ Experience working in a global, fast-paced environments., @ Spanish: At least B2-C1. @ English: At least B2-C1.
