Job description
To own and continuously evolve SAP FI and Treasury solutions, ensuring their stability, compliance, and alignment with business and strategic objectives. The role acts as a key link between Finance, Treasury, and IT, driving operational excellence, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and delivering robust SAP solutions that enable efficient, compliant, and scalable financial processes., + Support on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of SAP FI and Treasury solutions. Ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives, maintaining awareness of SAP roadmap and innovations.
- Project Implementation
- Contribute actively to SAP FI-related projects, covering continuous system improvements, rollout activities, S/4HANA migration, SWIFT ISO 20022 compliance adoption, and upcoming strategic implementations such as EPM and SAP Treasury Management System.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the support and maintenance of SAP FI and Treasury modules, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity. Implement best practices for configuration, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement.
- Business Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Treasury, and IT, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting treasury processes within SAP (Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management).
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure SAP FI and Treasury processes comply with internal controls and SOX requirements. Support audits and risk assessments related to financial systems and data.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with external consultants and SAP support teams. Manage relationships to ensure quality delivery. Engage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Treasury modules (such as Cash Management, Inhouse Cash, Treasury and Risk Management, Debt and Investment Management, Bank Communication Management, EBS, Swift Alliance LIte2).
- Strong understanding of finance and treasury processes.
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions and deliver high-quality configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working with finance stakeholders.
- Experience with other SAP Finance modules (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Taxes).
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Treasury and finance.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration project.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA functionality (Cash management, one exposure)
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- You have a high level of English (C1 or equivalent).
