Job description
As an IT-Specialist you will be part of an international service team located around the world. The product of focus is our oncology information system, RayCare that enables cancer clinics to improve their way of managing patient information. Your primary responsibility will be to handle installation and technical issues for both current and potential customers. A big part of the work can be managed remote, but the role also requires a moderate amount of travel. Travel will generally be planned in advance, though occasional short-notice travel may occur., * Planning, implementation and support for our software products, and the IT environment where they are hosted, to ensure optimal and accurate function and performance of our software.
- Install and configure Windows Servers and Workstations.
- Supporting customers remote and on-site.
- Actively be involved in pre-sales activities like answering IT related prospects questions and creating/discussing customer IT solutions.
- Perform customer IT trainings, onsite or at remote training locations.

You take responsibility for your own tasks as well as contributing to the group's common goals.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years working in an IT service related role.
- Experience from installing and supporting hardware.
- Experience from Active Directory (Windows Server 2016 and higher).
- Ability and interest in traveling.
- Relevant University degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French (other languages is meriting).
You most probably have been working with Citrix Virtual Apps and/or Virtualization installations and administration. It is an advantage, but not required, if you have experience of working with SQL servers, Network, HL7, DICOM and working in an international environment.
