Job description

We are seeking an Insight, Data, Reporting & Improvement Manager who will provide essential structure, coordination and accuracy across the account.

This role underpins the effective management of data, governance, systems, reporting and communication across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with both Arcadis and ISS policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, workplace strategy, programme governance and account development, ensuring information is reliable, accessible and supports informed decision-making., We are looking for someone who plays a central role in maintaining high-quality client delivery, internal alignment and the creation of contract and workplace strategy documents and presentations.

This position supports governance requirements, account development planning and the overall management of account repositories, systems and administration.

Acting as part of the Insight, Data, Reporting & Improvement function, the role ensures business governance, data integrity and communications are consistently applied across all countries., * Ensure governance, administration and data accuracy at country level, aligned with Arcadis and ISS policies and procedures.

  • Manage and maintain business data, reporting and insights to support operational delivery and decision-making.
  • Oversee the structure, maintenance and effective use of SharePoint and other key systems across the account.
  • Maintain operational and site-level data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and consistency across multiple countries.
  • Produce workplace strategy documents, reports and high-quality presentations to support client and account needs.
  • Manage contract documentation and support administration requirements across the account.
  • Coordinate account-wide communication activities, including monthly updates and newsletters.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including ISS Communications, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Data & Reporting teams to ensure aligned messaging and outputs.
  • Utilise CAFM systems (e.g. Tririga, Maximo) and support data integrity across platforms.
  • Support reporting and insight generation, with tools such as Power BI (desirable), ensuring dashboards and outputs are accurate and meaningful.

Requirements

  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership of accuracy and governance.
  • Strong experience in data management, reporting, systems administration or similar functions.
  • Confident creating polished documents, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and countries.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
  • Skilled in digital tools, including SharePoint, CAFM systems and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working within structured governance frameworks and corporate policies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.
