Automation & AI Associate (Dynamics / Power Platform

This is a hands-on role working across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot, helping a corporate finance business automate how it researches, prepares for meetings and manages internal processes.

The foundations are already in place. Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Copilot are live. The focus now is on building, improving and making it all work properly.

Depending on your experience, you'll be:

• Building apps and workflows across PowerApps and Power Automate
• Improving how Dynamics is structured and used day-to-day
• Automating manual processes and connecting systems
• Introducing AI through Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Working directly with stakeholders to design practical solutions

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (this is key)
• Experience building with PowerApps / Power Automate
• Ability to understand and improve processes, not just support systems
• Interest in automation and AI

They'll flex on AI experience. They won't flex on Dynamics.

Good opportunity to get properly embedded in applied AI while staying hands-on with the Microsoft stack.

Tech stack includes Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Copilot and Copilot Studio.

They're open on level:

• £35-40k for someone strong on Power Platform with some Dynamics exposure
• £40-50k for someone who can combine Dynamics, Power Platform and early AI / Copilot capability
