Job description

A consulting firm in Spain is seeking a Business Continuity & Information Security Management Specialist. The role involves managing business continuity strategies and implementing information security policies, requiring over 5 years in security services, including at least 3 years in Information Security Management. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting security awareness. Ideal candidates should possess analytical skills and experience in high-pressure environments., * Act as main contact for continuity topics between teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain BCP/DRP strategies.
  • Ensure RTOs are met and propose improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation actions.
  • Plan and execute continuity testing exercises.
  • Maintain and audit continuity documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate continuity policies.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions.
  • Manage communication during incidents.
  • Define and track annual continuity workplans.
  • Define and implement security strategy aligned with standards.
  • Establish and maintain security policies and frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis.
  • Manage security incident processes.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments.
  • Monitor and report on security KPIs.
  • Promote security awareness across teams.
  • Develop security plans for managed services.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and auditors.
