Job description
The Senior Operations Support Engineer will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of complex IT systems and services., * Manage high-severity incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Define monitoring and observability strategies
- Support deployment validation and rollback planning
- Perform capacity planning and performance analysis
- Contribute to automation and operational improvements
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations
- At least 3 years in a senior operational role
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with middleware, APIs, messaging, and event streaming
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix, containers, CI/CD
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong scripting and automation skills
Preferred
- ITIL certification (Intermediate or Managing Professional)
- Cloud or container certifications
- Experience with cloud-native environments
