We care for value driven leadership and support flexible working environments. We nurture and enjoy our multidisciplinary environment.
OurIn-Flight Performance and Operationssubdomain is responsible for:
- Modeling and Evaluating the aircraft operational performance
- Analyzing and simulating the aircraft mission and its environment
- Acting as reference for data driven operational performance analysis
- Proposing and developing technical and operational solutions, including services
in order to influence and optimize the aircraft design, optimize the flight operations, enhance the safety of operations, and provide in-service support to the Airlines and other aeronautical stakeholders., The On-Board Performance applications teams take Aircraft Performance into the cockpit, to optimize the flight and to enhance safety !
We are responsible for developing, generating and delivering aircraft performance models and algorithms that will be used by flight crews when they are operating the aircraft.
Furthermore, we are analysing In-Service Flight Data to better understand flight operations, to evaluate how our On-Board functions are working in operations and to propose On-Board functions enhancement.
Our mission is at the crossroads of Aircraft Performance, Flight Operations and System Integration.
On-Board Performance Applications team is working on a lot of functions embedded into the cockpit, and used by the pilot to optimize the flight and to enhance the operations' safety, such as:
-
Decision Help
-
Flight Management System (FMS)
-
Continuous Descent Approach (CDA)
-
Optimized Operations
-
Descent Profile Optimisation (DPO)
-
Runway Occupancy Time (ROT)
-
Autoderate
-
4D
-
Safety Enhancement
-
Performance data for Aircraft Environment Surveillance System (TAWS)
-
Braking Action Computation Function (BACF)
-
Take-Off Securing (TOS)
-
Take-Off Monitoring (TOM)
-
Runway Overrun Protection System (ROPS)
-
APProach Stabilization Monitor (APPSM)
-
Fuel Penalty Monitoring Function (FPMF)
-
Soft Go-Around (SGA)
-
Future Capabilities for On-Board Performance
