Job description
- As a Data Architect, your main responsibilities will include collaborating with business analysts to identify and understand data requirements. You will analyze data integration needs and document the corresponding integration flows and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and implementing data standards and taxonomies to ensure consistency and clarity across all data-related processes.
Requirements
- We are looking for a Data Architect with experience in high-level data modeling, specifically someone who can work closely with business analysts to understand data sets and support business requirements. You should have the ability to analyze and understand federation versus integration, document integration requirements, flows, and subscriptions to support various use cases. A solid understanding of configuration management and data analysis methodologies is essential. You will also need to define data standards, taxonomies, and naming conventions, particularly in relation to IT Service Management (ITSM). Familiarity with ITIL principles, particularly Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM), is crucial.
About the company
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position located onsite in Gloucester, with compensation ranging from £700 to £800 per day. Please note that an eDV is required for this role.
