About the company
Our client, Salt of the Earth Natural, is a family-owned, B Corp certified manufacturer with a global presence, supplying products to over 35 countries.
Alongside its manufacturing operations, the business is developing its own end-to-end software platform covering CRM, stock forecasting, pricing and operational systems. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf tools, the team is focused on building scalable, intelligent solutions that support real-world processes across the organisation.
They are now seeking an AI-Assisted Software Developer to join the team and play a key role in designing, building and evolving these systems.
