You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. Accurate documentation of all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system is essential to ensure seamless support and tracking of recurring problems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a passion for helping others. A background in IT support or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with operating systems, networking concepts, and common software applications. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
