Job description

  • Build and maintain Jaggaer reporting in Tableau
  • Provide 2nd line support for PowerBI reporting and dashboards
  • Manage enhancement requests and fixes through the internal Salesforce casework system
  • Support development of new reporting capabilities and outputs
  • Create and modify visualisations and data-models in Power BI/Excel
  • Interface with key data-sources via Fabric Platform and data-files
  • Conduct analytical cases from simple to advanced
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience with Data Visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Basic data manipulation skills, including cleansing and standardisation
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong time management capabilities
