Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects from architecture to implementation
• Drive cloud and Microsoft 365 initiatives including migrations and security enhancements
• Engineer and optimise hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on-prem VMware with cloud services
• Deliver platform improvements across compute, storage, networking, and identity
• Implement infrastructure automation and repeatable deployment models
• Act as a senior technical lead, making key design decisions and ensuring best practices
• Design and implement secure solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security
• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects including major version upgrades and migrations
• Contribute to ISO 27001 compliance projects and audit preparations
• Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity solutions

• Proven experience in infrastructure project delivery and design
