Head of Business Intelligence

• Define and execute a global data roadmap that supports international expansion
• Mentor two internal analysts and manage external vendors for project success
• Serve as the primary interface for data, translating technical data insights into business strategy

• Analyze key metrics like churn, lifetime value, and patient wellness to inform business decisions

• Familiarity with scalable data architectures (Snowflake/Redshift)

This role is based in Bristol (UK) with a daily onsite requirement. We offer a competitive salary between £60,000 - £80,000 annually, along with the autonomy to create a world-class data function without micromanagement.
