IT Operations and Compliance Lead

• Own and operate the Internal IT and Compliance function
• Ensure secure, stable, and scalable internal technology operations
• Maintain audit readiness and effective governance across systems
• Foster strong operational discipline in infrastructure, applications, and security controls
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Transformation and Technical Director
• Act as the operational engine for Internal IT and Compliance initiatives

• Proven experience in IT operations and compliance management
• Strong understanding of M365 and its security features
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of audit processes and governance frameworks
• Ability to drive technology enablement and operational resilience
• Relevant certifications in IT security or compliance would be advantageous
