Job description
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Finance platforms
- Own the enablement of Finance platforms and modules using Oracle Visual Builder/Oracle Apex
- Own, design, build, and manage the integrations between Finance platforms and external systems
- Design and build connections between Finance platforms and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and data migration tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve performance, and champion automation using CI/CD pipelines

Requirements
- High level of Oracle knowledge, ideally with Oracle Fusion exposure
- Finance domain experience and familiarity with platforms (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM)
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder/Oracle Apex
- Strong leadership skills and previous team management responsibilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge and awareness of Cloud (Azure/AWS) infrastructure, data, and security (bonus)
- Strong vendor management skills (bonus)
