You'll work closely with our digital team to design user experiences and interfaces that don't just look exceptional - they feel effortless to use. From early-stage research and wireframing through to polished UI design, you'll play a key role in shaping how people interact with our clients' digital products and websites.
This is a role for someone who thinks deeply about the user, cares about the details, and thrives in a collaborative, creative studio environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing intuitive, user-first interfaces for websites and digital experiences across a range of clients and industries
- Leading UX thinking - from user research and journey mapping through to wireframes and prototypes
- Creating refined UI designs that align with client goals, brand identity, and user needs
- Ensuring all work is responsive, accessible, and grounded in best practice
- Collaborating with developers and marketers to ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail, consistency, and quality across all output
- Contributing ideas to improve design systems, creative processes, and the overall user experience
Requirements
If you're passionate about creating experiences that are as intuitive as they are beautiful, love digging into how users think and behave, and take pride in design that genuinely works, this could be a really exciting next step., * Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, UI craft, and user-centred design
- Confident use of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- A solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and web best practices
- The ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear, elegant design solutions
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for considered, purposeful design
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Based in or able to commute to Shrewsbury - this is a full-time, on-site role
