The Role
You'll work closely with our digital team to design and build websites and digital assets that don't just look exceptional, they work beautifully across every device. From initial concepts and creative direction through to polished, production-ready design, you'll play a key role in shaping how our clients show up online.
This is a role for someone who thinks creatively, cares about the details, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving studio environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing visually compelling, user-friendly websites across a range of clients and industries
- Leading the creative direction of web projects, from initial wireframes through to final design
- Creating refined, on-brand designs that align with client goals, brand identity, and audience needs
- Ensuring all work is responsive, accessible, and built to web best practices
- Collaborating with developers and marketers to ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail, consistency, and quality across all output
- Contributing ideas to improve design systems, creative processes, and the overall look and feel of client work
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of web projects and a confident visual design sensibility
- Confident use of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- A solid understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and web best practices
- The ability to translate brand identity and business goals into clear, engaging design solutions
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for considered, purposeful design
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Based in or able to commute to Shrewsbury - this is a full-time, on-site role
