We are looking for a senior SDET You'll join the Mobile Platform team and own the testing strategy across this ecosystem: setting the standards,.

patterns, and guardrails that every micro-app team follows. This is primarily a strategy and enablement role, not a ticket-writing one.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement a mobile testing maturity framework across unit, component, integration, and E2E layers - covering both the Shell app and micro-app boundaries
• Define the testing contracts and quality standards that micro-app SDETs are expected to implement
• Evaluate and evolve our E2E approach with Appium across a brownfield codebase during the React Native transition
• Contribute hands-on to test tooling, infrastructure, and CI/CD integration
• Mentor SDETs Embedded in micro-app teams and champion a quality-first engineering culture
• Define and track quality metrics that give leadership meaningful visibility into coverage, stability, and risk

What We're Looking For

• senior SDET with strong React Native experience
• Proven ability to define a mobile testing strategy from a low baseline - you've built this, not just inherited it
• Deep understanding of the full mobile test pyramid: unit, component (RNTL), integration, and E2E (Appium or equivalent)
• React Native and TypeScript proficiency - you can read and write production-quality mobile code
• experience with CI/CD pipelines (we use GitLab CI, transitioning to Harness and GitHub Actions)
• Ability to set technical direction and influence across teams without direct authority
• experience with brownfield codebases and/or native-to-cross-platform transitions

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with module federation, Re.Pack, or federated app architectures
• Exposure to iOS and Android development toolchains
• Knowledge of visual regression or snapshot testing tooling
