AWS Data Engineer

A leading consulting company in Spain is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing data pipelines, working with AWS tools, and ensuring data quality. • Create data models and transformations in Snowflake using dbt.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for deploying data solutions across environments.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to prepare data for consumption by analysts and data scientists.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and reliability throughout the ingestion and transformation process.

• 3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering focusing on data ingestion and transformation.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills.
• Strong expertise in AWS data stack (Glue, PySpark, Lambda, S3, SNS, Step Functions, Airflow).
• Experience with data transformation and modeling using Snowflake and dbt.
• Infrastructure as Code knowledge (AWS CDK/CloudFormation).
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild).
• Knowledge of data integration tools (Snaplogic preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• English fluent.
