Your Responsibilities: Operate, administer, and continuously improveIdentity & Access Management (IAM)systems, with a focus onSailPoint ISC. Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components withinSaaS environments. Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues. Manageaccess control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrationswith other systems. Maintain integrations withdirectories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools. Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line withchange management best practices. Collaborate with internal and customer teams tooptimize processes, performance, and documentation(runbooks, knowledge articles).

Hands-on experience withSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC); relevant certifications are a plus. Solid understanding ofIAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzinglogs, APIs, and relational databases. Experience working withJira (or other ITSM tools), Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, andcustomer-focused communication skills. Languages:Spanish and English (B2 level)required;Catalanis a plus.
