Design and deploy solutions in AWS cloud environments
Use infrastructure as code to ensure repeatable and compliant deployments
Configure, manage and maintain GitLab CI pipelines
Automate testing, build and deployment of infrastructure, applications, and services
Promote best practice DevOps ways of working across environments
Implement unit, integration, and performance testing for all components
Ensure solutions are reliable, reproducible, and stable across releases
Support continuous improvement of testing practices
Implement observability and monitoring tooling
Track system performance and detect anomalies
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in live environments
Work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
Translate requirements into working technical solutions
Support deployment, handover, and ongoing optimization of delivered capabilities

Technologies:

Active SC clearance
Strong experience deploying and operating solutions in AWS
Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab CI
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Understanding of secure DevOps practices in regulated environments
Experience working with large data stores or big data platforms
Desirable: experience supporting AI or data-driven platforms
Desirable: knowledge of cyber security or fraud prevention domains
Desirable: experience working within government or critical national infrastructure environments
