Role: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum Contract Type: we have both Permanent and 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) opportunities available Location: Hybrid role, with majority WFH. Candidates must be open to occasional travel across UK. The Role We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications that drive efficiency and improve operational performance. This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology team delivering innovative solutions across a diverse and evolving business environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to turn business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and customise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate Build and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systems Create and manage custom connectors and API integrations Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation Provide documentation, user support, and training where required

Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform developments and best practicesWhat We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services Solid understanding of data modelling and business intelligence concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices Exposure to Power BI and advanced analyticsAdditional Information Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
