Lead SAP Consultant - PP/MRP/VC

• Strengthen our IT SAP Kernel Team for two business segments by growing as a lead consultant and all-rounder. Oversee production planning and related processes such as material requirement planning and MES interfaces. Enhance Mondi's product data specifications by building and incorporating expert knowledge in variant configuration/smartVC.
• Design, manage, and continuously develop SAP processes in the PP/MRP and VC areas.
• Oversee ongoing SAP rollout projects, supporting project management activities, planning data migration, and executing cutover tasks.
• Develop new business solutions by leveraging Fiori and AI, where it proves beneficial. In addition, optimise and provide technical support for existing features to ensure their successful implementation across our various locations.
• Support in technical integration within the core system landscape to 3rd parties, as well as internal applications such as OMP and ePP/DS Production Planning, Siemens SimaticIT MES, Bartender labeling.
• Collaborate closely with business counterparts, process owners, and key users to design and develop innovative IT solutions for our business applications.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting (PP, ideally VC) or as a key user in production planning, detailed scheduling, or product configuration
• Strong expertise in SAP production planning, EDI, and product configuration (requirements, design, and process control)
• Solid understanding of SAP ERP internal logistics and manufacturing processes; MES experience is a plus
• Passion for lean, efficient process design across manufacturing and supply chain operations
• University degree in Business, Economics, IT, or similar qualifications
• Solution-oriented team player with the ability to lead tasks or cross-functional projects
• Fluent in English (additional languages are considered plus)
• Willing to travel occasionally

• Duration: unlimited contract
• Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
• We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification., * Flexible working hours
