SAP Project Manager - Brussels
This role is a Medior end-to-end SAP Project Manager position responsible for delivering complex SAP initiatives in an international environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and lead SAP projects from initiation to delivery (scope, timeline, budget, quality).
- Define governance, roadmap, milestones, and execution strategy.
- Act as the single point of accountability, driving decisions and ensuring delivery.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Provide clear, decision-oriented reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure strong communication across business, technical teams, and executives.
- Build team alignment, engagement, and accountability.
Functional Scope
You'll operate as a SAP generalist, covering key domains:
- Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
- Business Intelligence/BW
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Intercompany processes
- System integrations & interfaces
- SAP developments (enhancements, custom code)
- Security & authorizations
The role is not deeply technical, but requires the ability to:
- Understand SAP concepts
- Challenge both business and IT stakeholders
- Translate discussions into structured delivery plans

Profile Required
- 5-10+ years in IT and SAP project management

- Strong business + execution mindset
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Mission Details
- Location: Brussels
- Start: May/June 2026
- Duration: ~12 months (until May 2027)
- Workload: 5 days/week (~40 hours) - 2 days on site (Tuesday & Wednesday). 3 days home working.
- Contract type: Time & Materials
