Today, Kabilio already runs three core products in production - Invoices Processing, Bank Transactions, and Invoicing - used daily by real customers, while beta testing our first Agent (Kabi).
Our next challenge is to build the leading Accounting & Tax software for the Spanish market, automating most of the accountant's work while enabling full transparency and collaboration with SMB and freelance customers. In parallel, we are overhauling our SMB product suite, introducing new features and AI to deliver the most powerful and easy-to-use financial platform.
As UI/UX Designer, you will work with Guillem, our senior designer, and also closely with Alex, Co-CEO and Founder leading the Product & Tech areas and the rest of the prod/tech team (Beth, Gonzalo, Lidia and Denise) as well as with a cross-functional team.
You will drive the digital experiences for our SaaS platform, primarily focused on web applications (mobile will come later). You'll have the opportunity to shape our product's evolution from concept to execution.
What will you do
- Design engaging and functional user interfaces, focusing on usability and user interaction.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize new features and user flows.
- Participate in the entire design process, from initial research, competitive benchmarking, ideation, testing, and optimization.
- Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop and execute usability tests to validate concepts and refine designs. Iterate on prototypes and mockups to ensure that proposed solutions address key issues effectively.
Requirements
- Aprox 3 years as a UX/UI Designer, within, B2B SaaS (ideally) or ERP/fintech environments, or tech companies B2C, creating complex digital products.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and past projects.
- Experience working with AI design tools as well as user testing and data visualization tools.
- Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into visually appealing, user-friendly design solutions, and work in collaboration with a senior designer.
- Big plus: in you are familiar with front-end como CSS, Javascript, etc.
- Spanish and English professional level
