AI Solutions Analyst

As an AI Solutions Analyst in our multinational company, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and developing data, generative and agentic AI use cases that generate tangible business value. Your mission will be to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, leveraging modern AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, innovation, and decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI services at Grifols: from ideation and prototyping to development, deployment, adoption and transition to operations. A strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to drive adoption and ensure the successful integration of AI into business processes.

What your responsibilities will be

• Identify, design, and implement AI use cases that deliver measurable impact across business units.
• Promote AI adoption across the company, designing and executing awareness, training, and change-management initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external AI partners to ensure the effective development and integration of AI solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end creation and deployment of AI services, ensuring high-quality delivery and a smooth transition to operations and support teams.
• Stay continuously informed about new AI capabilities, especially in generative AI, and assess their potential application in our business context.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, engaging, and business-oriented manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Measure and report the performance of AI initiatives, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement and scaling.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms. Experience with agentic AI projects is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, architectures, and best practices for enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions, demonstrating a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams and convey AI concepts in an accessible way.
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for exploring new AI capabilities and identifying innovative business applications.
• Experience driving AI awareness and adoption, change-management initiatives, or digital transformation programs is highly valued.
• Experience in Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry) is a plus.
• Advanced English.
