Junior BI Developer

We are looking for a BI Developer to support the delivery of insights for a Delivery and Service Management product team within the Fulfilment domain. This cross-functional team works on digital products to optimise, automate, and digitally mature supply chain processes related to deliveries and services. Country retail organisations currently access operational data for last-mile operations via manual exports. Each country applies different calculations and approaches, limiting global performance tracking and benchmarking.

Assignment

The objective is to deliver a global operational reporting solution that enables consistent insights across countries. This includes:

• Route-level and stop-level operational metrics
• Comparable KPI benchmarks across countries
• Access to source tables and self-service data for local development needs not covered by global reporting

The expected timeline for delivery is end of May / beginning of June.

Desired knowledge, experience and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
• Self-organised and able to work independently while collaborating proactively within a cross-functional team
• Strong proficiency in Power BI
• Nice to have: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge
