Job description

We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service or Technical Support Advisor to join our team within the telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our business customers, delivering a high level of service, and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally., * Act as the first point of contact for business customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to queries via telephone, email, and online channels.

  • Handle account-related enquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers on telecommunications products, services, and solutions.
  • Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to achieving departmental performance targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within telecommunications or a related industry (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to adapt style to suit business customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to managing challenging situations.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer accounts and information.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms., * Customer service: 1 year (required)
