Salary: £42,850 + depending on experience What you'll be doing: Incident and Request Management through our ITSM toolset Service Now Teamcenter Account Management across a variety of Air platforms Contribute to, and maintain a support knowledge base Provide specialist advice on toolset usage to the userbase Infrastructure Monitoring and trend analysis Reporting on toolset data, and service statistics Ongoing Professional Development on Aerospace toolsets Your skills and experiences: Essential: Extensive knowledge of IT support and Siemens Teamcenter PLM toolsets Understanding of IT Service Delivery, and a very proficient IT professional Experience of a Design and/or Manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving skills Desirable: Awareness of ITIL V4 Terminology Experience of, The role involves managing incidents and requests using the ServiceNow ITSM toolset, handling Teamcenter Account Management across various Air platforms, and contributing to the support knowledge base.
