Job description
A typical day as a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer is about keeping the tools thousands of people use every day reliable and easy to work with. You'll be looking after Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, rolling out updates, fixing issues and improving how everything fits together. Some days you'll be working on Windows 11 and Intune policies, packaging and testing apps, or updating Adobe software.
You'll also support specialist assistive technology, collaborate with Microsoft and suppliers and help deliver changes like new Outlook features, all while making sure services stay stable and resilient. You work closely with other engineers in a product team, owning your services end to end and helping shape how Microsoft 365 runs across the department.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in administering and configuring Microsoft 365 services, alongside advanced experience in Windows 11 configuration, policy management, and enterprise scale deployment.
- Experience in deployment and evergreen update of the Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (Office) and its integration with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
- Experience in administration, deployment and update of Adobe products and services.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Application Packaging, Software Testing and Assistive Technologies.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £52,442.
