Job description

What you'll be doing: Lead and support projects focused on data enrichment to enhance model accuracy and segmentation. Identify and evaluate new predictive features from diverse data sources, assessing their commercial value. Develop and implement advanced predictive models and analytics techniques. Create and maintain robust data pipelines for live rating and ELR integration. Support governance and contractual management of data sources and providers. Act as the key interface between Data R&D and risk pricing model owners. Develop tools and metrics to measure the value of new data sources. Drive innovation by exploring novel ways to utilise existing data for modelling enhancements. Demonstrable experience working with external data sources and integrating them into models. Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with a 2.1 degree or higher in a related discipline. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
