Job description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to lead the design and development of modern web applications. This role requires strong expertise in Angular and a deep understanding of user-centred design principles. Experience with Blazor is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
You will take ownership of the user experience, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers and backend developers to define and deliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable interfaces., * Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web applications
- Define and drive UI/UX standards, design systems and best practices
- Develop secure, responsive, high-performance applications using Angular
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Translate concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product design and user journeys
- Ensure consistency and quality across all front-end deliverables
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services
- Mentor or guide other developers on UI/UX best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience with Angular (3+ years or relevant expertise)
- Proven experience leading or owning UI/UX design for web applications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Solid grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility and automated testing
- Experience working with REST APIs, authentication/authorization and asynchronous data
- Version control experience (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Blazor
- Experience with Azure
- Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization, eg: CDNs.
