Workday HCM Senior Consultant

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements
• Configure and support key Workday modules, including:

• Core HCM
• Absence
• Compensation
• Talent & Performance
• Recruitment (desirable)

• Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional Workday solutions
• Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities
• Provide guidance on best practices and process optimisation
• Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams
• Mentor and support junior consultants where required

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions., * Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience

• Proven track record of delivering 2-3 full lifecycle Workday implementations
• Strong functional configuration expertise in Workday HCM
• Experience with:

• Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Security configuration
• Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR teams and business leadership
• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working within Public Sector or highly regulated environments
• Understanding of UK HR regulations and policies
• Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruitment

Certifications:

• Workday HCM Certification (active or previously held)
