Senior Workday Integration Engineer

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Workday Integration Engineer to serve as the technical architect and lead developer for our Workday Financials ecosystem. This is a critical role focused on designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations that connect Workday with our broader fintech and banking stack., Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.

Middleware Orchestration: Build and manage enterprise-grade integration patterns using Dell Boomi to connect Workday Financials with external third-party systems.

Financials Specialization: Support Workday Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, and Expense Management.

Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during Workday semi-annual updates, ensuring all integrations are tested and optimized for new features.

Optimization: Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and performance tuning for long-running Studio deployments.

Collaboration: Work closely with Finance Stakeholders and IT Leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

The ideal candidate isn't just a "coder"-you are a problem solver who understands the downstream impact of financial data. You will leverage Workday Studio for heavy lifting and Dell Boomi for middleware orchestration to ensure our financial reporting remains seamless and accurate., Workday Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development, specifically within Workday Financials.

The Toolkit: Mastery of Workday Studio and Dell Boomi is mandatory.

Languages & Protocols: Deep proficiency in XSLT , XML, XPath, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).

Reporting: Advanced knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields and Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).

Data Security: Understanding of Workday security models (ISU/ISSG) and PII data encryption standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Pro Integration or Financials Certification.

Prior experience migrating legacy financial data into Workday.

Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
