Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current ITSM environment based on ServiceNow. Identify and document all relevant processes, configurations, customizations, and integrations. Map current ITSM workflows to BMC Helix equivalents and identify any gaps or complexities. Collaborate with technical teams, support functions, and business stakeholders to extract a full picture of the environment. Assess potential risks, technical challenges, and dependencies involved in the migration. Deliver clear documentation and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making and planning. Extensive experience in ITSM roles, preferably in consulting or project-based work. Demonstrable experience of leading technical teams Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM - hands-on experience with modules like Smart IT, CMDB, Change Management, Incident/Problem, etc. Knowledge of BMC Helix deployment in On-Prem/SaaS environments using a container-based approach Working knowledge of ServiceNow - capable of navigating, analysing, and understanding existing configurations and processes. Proven experience in due diligence, discovery, or ITSM migrations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in gathering undocumented knowledge through interviews and workshops.
