Main tasks: Define, continuously enhance, and govern the global end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across all legal entities and Shared Service Centers (SSCs) Analyse, map, and document P2P sub-processes, including purchase order creation, approval workflows, invoice processing, and matching procedures Design and harmonise global standards such as workflows, posting logic, vendor master data governance, and escalation frameworks Reduce local process variations to strengthen standardisation, automation, and scalability within the SSC landscape Establish and monitor global KPIs (e.g. PO rate, touchless rate, First-Time-Right, GR/IR performance) and drive continuous performance improvement
Requirements
Support digitalisation initiatives and system implementations in close collaboration with IT stakeholders Enable legal entities and SSCs through structured training concepts, clear guidelines, and facilitation of a global P2P Community of Practice Your qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Extensive professional experience in P2P, Finance Operations, Accounting, or Shared Services Strong end-to-end process expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI-MM); experience with BLP considered an advantage Demonstrated ability to structure, document, and harmonise complex international processes Experience in SSC/GBS environments as well as global transformation or roll-in initiatives Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within international matrix organisations Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management capabilities Fluency in English and German Experience with process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio or comparable solutions), as well as process mining or automation initiatives, considered a strong asset The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
