and ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4, Service Cloud, FSM, Asset Manager, BW/EDW, data environments, IoT solutions) Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field Proven experience in digital product ownership, application management, or solution delivery, including experience in a Product Owner role Strong understanding of B2B customer service processes, including installed base and equipment management, service orders, contracts, warranties, spare parts, maintenance, and field service Solid experience integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA (EAM/CS/PM), Service Cloud/C4C, SAP FSM, Asset Manager, SAP BW/EDW, and modern data products such as APIs, data lakes, and event-driven platforms Demonstrated Agile delivery experience, including backlog management and the ability to create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria Additional knowledge in IoT/telematics, data governance and master data management, SAP integration technologies, data quality frameworks, or FSM mobile and dispatch processes is a plus The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
