Software Engineer Embedded Systems

You develop and integrate software solutions for mission support systems in a complex avionics environment. The role focuses on simulation, architecture and implementation within modern software development processes.

Your tasks

• Develop simulations for avionics environments and mission support systems
• Analyze requirements and use cases in collaboration with system engineering teams
• Define and implement software architectures and evaluate solution approaches
• Design and develop software solutions using Ada and related technologies
• Perform software tests across different verification and validation levels
• Contribute to activities across the full software development lifecycle

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development or IT systems
• Strong programming skills in Ada are mandatory
• Good knowledge of Eclipse, OSGI, Java or similar technologies
• Experience with software testing and development processes is an advantage
• Business fluent English, German is a plus
