Job description
As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact digital products within banking and insurance environments. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that product vision, stakeholder expectations, and technical execution are perfectly aligned., Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business value. Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements) and collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and development teams. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across business, IT, and data teams. Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement. Work closely with data teams on dashboards, reporting, and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Lakes). Contribute to strategic decisions related to product roadmap, evolution, and innovation. Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements in banking and insurance contexts.

Requirements
+5 years of experience as a Product Owner Strong experience working with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams. Solid background in banking and/or insurance sectors. Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (backlog management, sprint planning, reviews). Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project governance. Data-oriented mindset with experience in dashboards and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics SQL, BigQuery, Data Lake environments Ability to collaborate closely with IT and technical teams (APIs, data platforms, architecture discussions). Spanish: Native English: Advanced / Professional working proficiency Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and facilitation mindset.
